Richmond Hill Hotel

Located in lovely Richmond, Surrey, Richmond Hill Hotel is a four star hotel accommodating business and leisure guests.

We undertook a complete strip out back to shell and core, of 77 rooms over 5 floors to re-create 74 executive rooms and suites. The project involved the complete internal demolition to a bare shell and new structural floor, walls, and ceilings. Asbestos removal, new windows and new infrastructure including full M&E, ventilation, boilers and fire alarms were all part of this extensive refurbishment. Work to executive rooms and suites included the encapsulation of the existing external balconies with new PPC metal bay window enclosures, creating additional space within the room providing a cosy niche for a rich walnut desk or freestanding bath.
