This high profile project included the refurbishment of 120 new executive rooms and suites across the top six floors. The refurbishment took place over several months, with the hotel discreetly closing off sections of the hotel to ensure guests would not face any disruption.
The state of the art bedrooms were designed to provide a contemporary feel combined with a sense of luxury and comfort. Custom designed furniture was installed, including new window seats to take advantage of the magnificent London views the hotel has to offer. The luxury bathrooms have been developed with a separate shower cubicle, ivory wall and floor tiles, complimented with granite vanity tops and inset mirrors. This work followed the successful completion of the hotel’s 4th floor meeting rooms, following a re-design, by the Manser Practice, which transformed the eight rooms, business centre and lobby from a traditional English facility, into a sleek modern space with a retro twist. They comprise of a large reception with a breakout area, eight rooms available for meetings, presentations, events and receptions for up to 50 guests, and a business centre.
“I would just like to pass on complimentary feedback from the Global Head of Architecture & Construction and the Hilton Worldwide President & CEO. Well done everyone.”
