Hilton’s largest hotel outside of the US has transformed the guest experience with a multimillion pound renovation, featuring an immersive design that will take guests on a journey through the capital. The hotel has 1,096 guestrooms and suites and we have successfully refurbished 726 of these with a striking transformation, beautifully designed with a contemporary and bold aesthetic that reflects different London boroughs.

We have refurbished in numerous phases over 600 rooms at this hotel for a period of circa 10 years and were delighted to get the opportunity to assist with the delivery of this transformational investment by the client. We were successful with the open market tender process and also able to add additional value to help the client team, both pre start and during the project with our extensive knowledge of the hotel developed over the 10 years.

Project Description - Guest Room Summary:

●  Full refurbishment of 23 floors in the Tower circa 515 rooms incl new linen chute over 23 floors

● Full refurbishment of the East Wing rooms and suites - 178 rooms and 21 suites

Project Description - Public Area Summary

● Conversion of existing meeting rooms to create an all new GYM

● Conversion of existing meeting rooms to form 12 new guestrooms

● Conversion of existing swimming pool and Gym to create all new Hilton Honours Executive Lounge

● Full remodelling of the existing West Wing ground floor lobby and staircase.
