Hilton Amsterdam

This project encompassed a complete refurbishment of practically all the hotels guestrooms over 9 of the 10 floors at this iconic Amsterdam hotel. The works were carried out in a live environment with extremely high occupancy rates.

Some 265 guest rooms, comprising of 234 standard rooms and 31 suites and associated corridors were stripped and refitted to a modern contemporary design.

Works included: renovation of all wall and ceiling finishes, replacement case goods and FF&E, flooring and electrical and lighting requirements.

All works were carried out in accordance with Dutch regulations and Hilton Brand standard and competitively tendered with a mix of our own and local sub-contractors and suppliers.
